 Goals and objectives 
The main goal of the Fund is the implementation of social, cultural, charitable and public useful programs, directed on development, study, restoration and keeping the monument of history and culture Por-Bazhyn fortress, located in the Republic of Tuva.
Fund’s tasks:
- realization of archeological excavations on the territory of the Por-Bazhyn fortress;
- realization of measures directed on keeping the historic and natural object – the Por-Bazhyn fortress;
- management and coordination of works, related to keeping the historic and natural object “Por-Bazhyn fortress”;
- establishment of cultural, educational and recreational center with functions of a museum “Por-Bazhyn Fortress”;
- Organization of visits of the Por-Bazhyn fortress by amateurs of natural and historic tourism, development of tourism programs;
- Offering assistance in the field of science, culture, arts, education, spiritual development of personality;
- Implementation of charitable activity.
